This is a clever marketing tactic by some savvy real estate developers (with Pixar's blessing). Had this been in New York I would've headed over to it in a heartbeat to tour it with the kids. On a sadder note, the balloons do not come with the house. Although you could get yourself a Golden Retriever, name it Dug, and call it day.

He's already got a clever nickname, 'Mozart of Chess', and he has no interest in becoming the next Bobby Fisher (in the sense that Bobby Fisher went a little crazy and then disappeared).

- George Carlin to get some additional Last Words this November.
Free Press, an imprint of Simon & Schuster, said Tuesday that the comedian's book 'Last Words' will be published in November. Carlin died in June 2008 at age 71 and worked on the book for the last decade of his life. He collaborated on it with author and humorist Tony Hendra.
